The room was modern with a comfortable king size bed! The staff at reception were available 24/7, THEY helped with directions. A vending machine offered snacks and drinks.
The room lacked a mini-fridge, this was inconvenient. The absence of tea and coffee making facilities was noticeable. Street noise was sometimes audible. This affected sleep quality.

the location was good as it was easy to get to by public transport..
i was charged a high price for two nights but there was no service at all. there were no tea or coffee facilities, and no iron. when i asked for an iron, i was told i must come to reception to pick it up because they don't have service. they don't even provide one free bottle of drinking water.

The hotel is close to public transportation. The staff were very friendly. I used the breakfast, it was good.
The room lacks a coffee machine. There are no toothbrush provided. Also there is no water boiler.

i found the staff to be very nice and always ready to help with any questions i had. the room was modern and very clean. the location proved handy with a short walk to the rosenheimer s-bahn station. i also found it easy to rent a bike from the hotel.
the air conditioning was set at a specific temperature, i could not adjust it to cool down the room as much as i would have liked after being out all day.

The breakfast had perfectly boiled eggs. Usually, they are hard at other hotels. it also included a decent amount of food to eat. the employees were friendly and helpful!!! the location made it easy and convenient to explore the area.
i found the rooms to be quite tiny. there was no space to put my suitcase comfortably. i found the car park to be very claustrophobic, it's the most claustrophobic car park i've ever seen.
